Manages human resources to maintain compliance with approved standards/guidelines for nursing care and within established budget parameters. Provides clinical expertise in patient placement. Communicates appropriately to define/resolve immediate problems and promote continuity of patient care. Serves as a clinical resource for patient care activities and problem resolution.
Completion of a state approved Registered Nurse program.
Licensure, Registration and/or Certification:
Valid State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License. Certification in area of specialty preferred.
1 - 2 years related experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Working knowledge of general disease state management processes, bio-psychosocial model, and clinical pathways. Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to organize and prioritize work in an effective and efficient manner. Ability to be detail oriented as required in the examination of clinical and numerical data.
All Laureate inpatient employees are required to attend paid training. This training takes place Monday through Friday. You will need to be available for the entire training, which is for approximately 2 weeks, primarily 8 am - 5 pm, but with some 7am - 7pm shifts. EOE Protected Veterans/Disability
