3 & 4 Specialty – Progressive/Medical Cardiac
44 Universal Bed Unit (22 per floor)
Care for complex cardiac medicine patients, including the use of vasoactive drips and invasive lines
Individuals on 3/4 Specialty excel when capable of demonstrating flexibility and “have each other’s back” teamwork

Job Summary: Manages human resources to maintain compliance with approved standards/guidelines for nursing care and within established budget parameters. Provides clinical expertise in patient placement. Communicates appropriately to define/resolve immediate problems and promote continuity of patient care. Serves as a clinical resource for patient care activities and problem resolution.
Education: Completion of a state approved Registered Nurse program.
Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: Valid State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License. Certification in area of specialty preferred.
Work Experience: 1 - 2 years related experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Working knowledge of general disease state management processes, bio-psychosocial model, and clinical pathways. Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to organize and prioritize work in an effective and efficient manner. Ability to be detail oriented as required in the examination of clinical and numerical data.
