Job Summary: Performs patient check in, posting copays, payments, and patient registration functions. In addition, provides Call Center support, appointment scheduling, billing support and scanning as needed while functioning as member of high performing team.
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Applicable college education preferred.
Work Experience: 2 years
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Possess excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to organize and prioritize work in fast-paced environment. Effectively manage customer service functions while interacting with computer. Working knowledge of insurance and billing processes. Ability to work effectively in team based environment.
