Licensure, Registration and/or Certification:
Valid Food Handler's permit from the appropriate Oklahoma County Health Department.
6 months to 1 year related experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Effective interpersonal communication skills. Ability to accept direction and supervision.
