Saint Francis Health System Analyst, QA Report Writer in Tulsa, Oklahoma

Job Summary: Responsible for creating and maintaining registries, databases, and spreadsheets in support of SFHS Quality Improvement and statistical reporting requirements contributing to the Health System strategic plan. Provides analytic reports to support data driven decision making. Responsible for analysis, programming, testing, troubleshooting, modifying and implementing information systems components. Interprets specifications and/or customer needs to create, modify or change programs to process certain functions with a high degree of accuracy and quality.

Education: High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: Obtain and maintain Epic certification in assigned application module(s) preferred.

Work Experience: 3 - 5 years related experience. Prefer strong data analysis with skills in quality background.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Access, Word, and Excel. Proficient knowledge of SQL (Microsoft SQL Server, QMF), Crystal Reports, and general database scripting. Working/demonstrated knowledge of Epic electronic medical record/clinical documentation software and concepts of quality reporting. Working knowledge of Health System and government, e.g. CMS and HIPAA, policies and procedures. Ability to problem solve and exhibit initiative in analysis and teamwork activities. Ability to prioritize work in an effective and efficient manner. Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Strong presentation and delivery skills.
