Saint Francis Health System Analyst, Decision Support in Tulsa, Oklahoma

Job Summary: The Decision Support Analyst develops, prepares and interprets complex financial analyses and reports used by System management in decision making. The role requires performing extensive data mining and abstracting of financial and clinical information from various sources. Prepares the analysis for the support of capital budgeting/planning, business plan development (proforma, retrospective analyses), service line reporting, charge master support, revenue and reimbursement analyses, as well as the ad hoc reporting needs of management.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with major in accounting and/or computer science or a Master's in Business Administration.

Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: None. CPA preferred.

Work Experience: 3 years financial analysis or public accounting experience, healthcare preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong computer aptitude/abilities - must be proficient at manipulating and analyzing large databases. Proficient in Excel and Access. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Ability to serve with a very strong customer service orientation. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Demonstrated performance coordinating complex projects. Demonstrated ability to think independently and to form creative, unique solutions. Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
