Saint Francis Health System Ambassador, Room Service in Tulsa, Oklahoma

Job Summary: Responsible for instructing patients on the Room Service meal ordering system, assesses patients ability to utilize the Room Service System, and assists patients in placing orders as needed. Briefly reviews diet basics related to the personalized menu the patient receives. Is in constant communication with call center representatives.

Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: Valid Food Handler's permit from any Oklahoma County Health Department.

Work Experience: 1 - 2 years experience in the hospitality industry and/or hospital dietary office setting.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must have previous hospitality experience or prior experience in a hospital diet office setting. Must possess reasoning, organizational, and time management skills. Have strong oral and written skills, the ability to work well with others, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
